PERFORMANCE DESCRIPTION

Guest Safety COVID-19 Requirements to Attend WOH-DIA

• All guests must wear face coverings at all times while outside of vehicle on Ellington Airport
  property except when actively eating or drinking; if any vehicle windows are open, the guests
  inside the vehicle must wear a face covering if approached by anyone.


• All guests must socially distance (i.e., stay at least 6 feet) from those who did not arrive in the
  same vehicle, i.e., group.
  o Tailgate spaces are


• Tailgate spaces are set up a minimum of 8' distanced from the next closest group.


• Guests must stay within their assigned space unless walking to/from portable restrooms
  (PR).


• NO congregating with other groups at any time.


• If waiting in line for PR, guests must distance 6 feet from each other. (social
  distancing markers will be present on ground at these areas)




• Guests should not engage in activity in their tailgate area that would result in encroaching into
  another group's space.


• All guests should practice good hygiene, including washing hands often for at least 20 seconds or
  using hand sanitizer.


• Guests should not attend this event if they have tested positive for COVID-19 or been exposed to
  someone with COVID-19 in the past 14 days, have fever of 100.4° Fahrenheit or more or have
  other COVID-19 symptoms (including a cough, fever, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, nasal
  congestion, shortness of breath, unexplained headache, body aches or pains, diarrhea, or other
  symptoms of illness; or have you otherwise felt unwell in the past 24 hours). Please help control
  the spread by staying home.





Drive-In Guidelines



• Each group will receive a tailgate space measuring 19' x 24'.


• Only 1 vehicle with 6 people maximum are allowed per group.


• If more than 6 people show up in vehicle on event day, the vehicle will not be allowed
  onto Airport property.


• Vehicle must fit within the allotted 19' x 24' space and cannot exceed 8 feet in height.


• All setup items must fit within the allotted 19' x 24' tailgate space; no exceptions.


• For safety, fans may not stand, sit, or congregate on the tops of vehicles.


• No pets of any kind are allowed at Drive-In Watch Party except certified service animals.


• In order to ensure the safety of our fans, no golf carts, Segways, motorized coolers, skateboards,
  bicycles, or large balloons will be allowed for use by fans in the parking lots.


• Wings Over Houston Airshow does not grant the right to display advertising, banners or signs, or
  distribute promotional items on property. Fans may be asked to remove inappropriate banners
  or signs. No unapproved promotional activity is permitted at Airport or in parking lots.

The ticket purchaser agrees, on his or her behalf and on behalf of the guests in his or her group, to
comply with these Wings Over Houston Airshow Drive-In Airshow (WOH-DI) Protocols and
Requirements. Guests failing to comply with these Protocols and Requirements may be asked to
leave the property.
